People have been coming and going today. I have been blessed by those who have come to support us - since last Friday we have been surrounded by my sister and parent's "extended family." But tonight was a special treat: seeing some of my dear friends from home.
I have been blessed by so many who have loved me by loving my children while I am away. My sisters in law have been such sweet aunties to their nieces, my friends have carted Aubren around Richardson, and my wonderful mother in law has been a step-mom for our sweet Milia.
What a privilege and honor it has been to be with my Dad in his last days. I am incredibly thankful to all who have loved on my little ones this week. Your sacrifice has given me the opportunity to simply be present with him, and for that my heart is thankful!
